摘  要:考察了阳离子型聚合物对抄纸废水高度封闭循环箱板纸造纸系统中AKD施胶效果的影响,并探讨了具有仲胺结构的阳离子高聚物的合成条件。结果表明高阳电荷密度的聚胺可大幅改善高度封闭循环箱板纸造纸系统中AKD的施胶效果,聚胺的阳电荷密度对AKD施胶效果的改善起决定作用,聚胺分子形态的影响较小。聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与其他阳离子聚合物的二元或三元复配物与AKD乳液的共混施胶可减小熟化时间。Effects of cationic polymer on AKD sizing in the system for making cardboard with a high degree of closed circulation of waste-water were investigated, the conditions for the synthesis for cationic polymers with secondary amine groups were studied. The cationic polymers can significantly improve AKD sizing in the system, the effects of the cationic charge density of the cationic polymers were larger those of the molecular forms. The binary or ternary mixtures of poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and other cationic polymers of the mixture could reduce the aging time of AKD sizing when it was used with the AKD emulsion.
