摘　　要：在简述了中国散装液体化学品船舶运输、港口装卸和储存现状的基础上，从8个方面分析了中国港口防止散装有毒液体物质污染形势与任务；提出新世纪所面临的防止散装有毒液体物质污染工作的框架。Based on a brief description of the states of China marine transport, port handling, storage and distribution of bulk liquid chemicals, the situation and task faced by the Chinese ports to prevent noxious liquid substance in bulk from polluting is analyzed from eight different angles. A framework, in face of the 21st century, of preventing noxius liquid substance in bulk from polluting is also proposed.
