闭合性胸部损伤的X线平片及CT诊断(附160例分析)

摘　　要：目的评价闭合性胸部损伤的X线平片及CT扫描影像学表现及诊断价值。方法对160例闭合性胸部损伤患者有较完整X线平片及CT资料的进行回顾性分析及比较。结果闭合性胸部损伤常见影像学表现为肋骨骨折X线胸片发现70.6%、CT发现76.3%;肺损伤中肺挫伤X线胸片发现26.3%、CT发现48.8%,创伤性湿肺X线胸片发现19.4%,CT发现35.6%;气胸或血气胸X线胸片发现42.5%,CT发现60.6%。结论 X线胸片观察胸廓全貌、肋骨轻度线形骨折及定位优于CT,CT检查观察肺损伤、少量气胸及血胸具优势,二者合理使用,以免漏诊。Objective To evaluation of blunt chest injury in X-ray and CT scan imaging performance and diagnostic value.Methods 160 cases of blunt chest injury patients have a more complete X-ray and CT data were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results Common injury in blunt chest imaging X-ray of rib fractures found in 70.6%,CT was found 76.3%;induced lung injury in pulmonary contusion X-ray found that 26.3%、CT found that 48.8%,Traumatic wet lung X-ray found that 19.4%,CT was found 35.6%; Pneumothorax pneumothorax X-ray or blood found in 42.5%,CT was found 60.6%.Conclusion Observation of X-ray picture of thorax,rib fractures and mild linear positioning is better than CT,CT examination in lung injury,a small amount of pneumothorax and hemothorax an edge,The rational use of both in order to avoid misdiagnosis.
