悬浮水幕式除尘脱硫器的研究

摘　　要：介绍了悬浮水幕式除尘脱硫器的结构及工作原理，分析了影响除尘脱硫效果的因素，并提出相应的解决措施。试验及生产实践表明，该装置脱硫除尘效果均达到或超过国内外同类装置的水平，且该装置工艺流程简单、不存在堵塞问题。The structure and working principle of a floating\|water curtain desulphurization and dust removing system were described.The influence factors of desulphurization and dust removal were analyzed and the corresponding methods were presented.Tests and production showed the efficiency of this equipment for removing sulphur and dust has attained to or surpassed standard of similar equipments overseas.The equipment was characterized by its simplicity,no blockage,low cost,low water consumption,no second poillution.
