HBsAg阳性与肥胖的关系分析

摘　　要：目的研究HBsAg阳性与肥胖的关系。方法收集体检者512人,检测HBsAg阳性者与HBsAg阴性者之间与肥胖相关的指标(如体重、BMI、腰围、腰臀比等)、及与炎症相关的指标(IL-6、CRP、TNF-α等)以及肝功能、血脂等,并研究它们之间的关系。结果与HBsAg阴性者相比,HBsAg阳性者的腰围、腰臀比显著增加,但血液中HBV-DNA阳性者和HBV-DNA阴性者腰围、腰臀比、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α等差异无统计学意义。结论在人群中,HBsAg阳性与人体朝着向心性肥胖发展具有相关性,其作用机理与HBV-DNA阳性相关性不大。Objective To investigate the relationship between HBsAg positive and obesity.Methods The blood samples of 512 adults were collected, and the indicators which are related to obesity （such as body weight, body mass index, waistline, waist/hip ratio） and which are related to inflammation （such as tumor necrosis factor, interleukin-6, C-reactive protein） and liver function, plasma adipose were tested and the relationship among the indicators had been analyzed.Results Compared with HBsAg negative individuals, the waistline, waist/hip ratio of the HBsAg positive individuals are higher.However, the waistline, waist/hip ratio and IL-6, CRP, TNF-alpha between HBV-DNA positive and HBV-DNA negetive individuals have no noticeable difference.Conclusion HBsAg positive may be closely related with human＇s central obesity.But HBV-DNA positive maybe have no correlation with obesity.
