补肺肾清热饮治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察气道高反应性咳嗽患者临床症状以及上呼吸道红外线图像的变化,评价中药治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的疗效。方法以明确诊断为气道高反应性(气道激发试验阳性)的咳嗽患者60例为纳入对象,随机分为西药对照组和中药治疗组,各30例。中药治疗组给予补肺肾清热饮,西药对照组给予茶碱缓释胶囊治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗1个月后观察患者咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛等症状变化,并对患者进行上呼吸道红外线检查,观察补肺肾清热饮治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的疗效。结果治疗1个月后中药组患者咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛、喉痒等症状轻于西药对照组(P<0.05);上呼吸道红外线热态图检查病变组织与周围正常组织温差变化幅度,中药治疗组显著大于西药对照组(P<0.01)。结论补肺肾清热饮治疗气道高反应性咳嗽,可以减轻患者症状,改善患者上呼吸道图像的异常状态。Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparations on bronchial hyperesponsiness（BHR）-induced cough.Method Sixty patients with cough due to BHR（shown by positive bronchial provocation test） were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group（n=30） and control group（n=30） to receive Bufeishenqingre decoction twice a day and 100 mg theophylline sustained-release capsules twice a day forone month,respectively.The changes of the clinical symptoms were observed during the treatment and bronchial infrared imaging was performed before and after the treatment.Results The symptoms of patients in the Chinese medicine group were more effectively alleviated than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The difference in the temperature between the bronchial lesions and the surrounding normal mucosa changed more obviously in the Chinese medicine group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Bufeishenqingre decoction can relieve the symptoms and improve the abnormalities in infrared imaging of patients with BHR-induced cough.
