摘　　要：本文通过对我省手术室专科护士的培养过程与经验进行总结,说明开展专科护士培训的重要性,并对培训课程设置、教材选用、教学内容、学习形式、师资来源等方面展开探讨[1]。结论:手术室专科护士培训工作,是一个需要不断完善的过程,相信我省经过几年后,手术室专科护士培训会更加成熟和完善。We summarized the process and experience of the operating nurse specialist training program in Sichuan province. We investigated the training courses, the teaching materials, teaching content, teaching and learning forms, and the supply of teachers. The operating nurse specialist training program is an important means to improve the professional level of the operating nurse in Sichuan Province,which is a constantly improve process and will be more matuwity and perfection in a few years.
