美宝创面速愈贴治疗58例老年糖尿病压疮的临床疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的:观察美宝创面速愈贴治疗老年糖尿病(DM)压疮的临床疗效,并探讨护理对策。方法:对58例老年DM压疮患者,在系统治疗DM原发病及并发症的同时加强护理,给予美宝创面速愈贴治疗。结果:经过治疗和护理,本组58例73处压疮全部治愈,治愈率100%。治愈天数为Ⅱ期(11.8±3.7)天;Ⅲ期(40.2±8.1)天;Ⅳ期(58.8±12.1)。结论:在适当的护理配合下,应用美宝创面速愈贴治疗老年DM压疮显著,对患者无不良反应,是安全、有效、便于护理的治疗方法。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect the treatment of Mebo Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing to elderly DM pressure ulcers, and dis- cuss nursing countermeasures. Methods ： While giving systematic treatment to 58 cases of elderly DM pressure ulcers sufferers of the primary affection and complications, strengthen nursing, and use Mebo Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing. Results： After treatment and nursing, all 73 pressure ulcers from 58 cases were cured within Ⅱ phase （11.8 ±3.7 days）, Ⅲ phase （40.2 ±8.1 days） , Ⅳ phase （58.8 ± 12.1 days）, and the cure rate is 100%. Conclusion： With proper nursing,the application of Mebo Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing on elderly DM pressure ulcers has remarkable curative effects and no adverse reactions. It is safe ,effective and conven- ient nursing treatment.
