浅谈产房医院感染管理

摘　　要：随着医学科学的不断发展,对医院感染管理工作也提出了新的挑战,医院感染管理成效是医院进行综合绩效考评的重要指标。产房是医院感染的高危科室,是控制医院感染的重点部门,因此做好产房预防和控制医院感染是医院感染管理科的重要职责,它不仅有利于保障产妇、新生儿健康,确保产房的医疗安全,同时也保障了医护人员免受病原微生物的伤害。以下分别从建立健全各项规章制度、严格落实产房医院感染管理及医疗操作中管理、加强医院感染在职教育与培训制度等方面进行阐述。With the development of medical sciences, the work of hospital infection control is becoming a new challenge for us, and the effectiveness of the hospital infection control is a key indicator for the evaluation of the hospital performance. Delivery room is a department with high - risk of the hospital infection,and is the focus of hospital infection control departments,so it is important for hospital infection control to make batter for the prevention and control of hospital infection in the delivery room. Not only help protect the maternal, newborn health, to ensure the medical safety of the delivery room, but also protects health care workers from the hazards of patho- genic microorganisms. We explain this problem from these four aspects ： Establis and improve various rules and regulations, strictly implement the hospital infection control in the deliwrv room. carry out the medical onerations management, and strenGthen the -iob education and the training system for the hospital infection.
