摘 要:采用心理测验方法,以扬州大学体育学院二、三年级学生为研究对象,对其主观锻炼体验进行问卷测量。结果表明:不同的性别和不同的年级,学生的主观锻炼体验不同,在心理烦恼和疲劳两个维度表现出显著的差异,即:(1)男生和女生在心理烦恼维度存在明显差异,男生的心里烦恼程度较女生严重;(2)二年级和三年级学生在疲劳维度有明显差异,三年级的学生的疲劳程度较二年级严重;(3)但在积极幸福感维度均没有表现出明显的差异性。结论:主观锻炼体验对分析和培养学生的运动积极性、兴趣具有重要作用。Uses the mental measurement method, take the Yangzhou University Sports Institute two, third grade students as the object of study, carries on the questionnaire survey to its subjective exercise experience. The result indicated: The different sex and the different grade, student's subjective exercise experience is also different, displays the remarkable difference in the psychological worry and the weary two dimensions, namely: (1) male student and female student in psychological worry dimension existence obvious difference; (2) the second grade and the third-grade student have the obvious difference in the weary dimension, has not displayed the obvious difference in the positive happy heart dimension; (3)but not showing obvious difference in positive happiness dimensionality.Conclusion: The subjective exercise experience to analyzes and raises student's movement enthusiasm, the interest to have the influential role
