摘　　要：目的探讨肺大疱外科治疗的临床进展。方法对哈尔滨市第一医院1999年3月~2010年1月203例肺大疱患者外科手术的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果 201例外科治疗的肺大疱患者治愈,无1例复发,2例死亡。结论肺大疱的微创治疗日益成为肺大疱外科治疗发展的主要趋势。Objective To discuss the clinical development of pulmonary bullae treated surgically.Methods The 203 cases of patients with pulmonary bullae treated surgically in the first hospitai of Harbin from March 1999 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The 201 cases of pulmonary bullae patients with surgical treatment were cured and 2 death cases,there was no recurrence of herniation.Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of pulmonary bullae is increasingly becoming the main trend of the development of pulmonary bullae treated surgically.
