摘　　要：我们研制了一根１０００Ａ级铋系高温超导模型电缆．电缆由不锈钢波纹管骨架、导体层、层间绝缘和外绝缘绑扎带组成．电缆的导体层由６层共１７１根Ｂｉ－２２２３／Ａｇ多芯带材绕制而成，电缆外径为４５．２ｍｍ，长度为１ｍ．在液氮下的通电实验表明，电缆的临界电流超过１１８０Ａ（１μＶ／ｃｍ判据），接头总电阻小于０．０６μΩ，均超过设计指标．经两次热循环实验，电缆的临界电流仅退化２．７％．在半小时传输电流１ｋＡ的实验中，电缆的传输特性稳定．本文介绍铋系带材的主要性能和１ｋＡ级铋系高温超导模型电缆的设计。Abstract\ A 1000A class Bismuth based HTS model cable has been developed. The cable consists of a flexible frame, the conductor layer, the inter layer insulation and an outer insulation binding layer. The conductor layer is wound from 171 Bi 2223/Ag multifilamentary tapes which are divided into six layers. The cable has a 45.2mm outer diameter and 1m length. The tests at 77K show that the critical current of the cable is more than 1180A (at 1μV/cm criterion) and the total joint resistance is less than, and both get the better of the design specifications. The critical current of the cable was only degraded 2.7% after 2 thermal cycles. The HTS cable was running in 30 minutes with 1000A steadily and reliably. The main properties of the Bi 2223/Ag tapes and the design, fabrication and test results of the HTS cable are presented in this paper.
