核转录因子-κB表达与人主动脉瘤发生的相关性

摘　　要：目的:研究核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)在人胸主动脉瘤(TAA)和腹主动脉瘤(AAA)中的表达及其意义。方法:收集TAA标本13例、AAA标本20例以及正常主动脉标本6例,用免疫组织化学法检测其中NF-κB的表达;并对其中的TAA标本8例、AAA标本10例及正常主动脉标本6例用Western blot法检测其中NF-κB的表达。结果:在免疫组化实验和Westernblot实验中,NF-κB在TAA组和AAA组中都呈现阳性表达,而在正常对照组中为阴性,TAA组和AAA组与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TAA组与AAA组之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:NF-κB与人TAA及AAA的发病存在着相关性。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of nuclear transcription factor-κB （NF-κB） in human thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms.Method：Collected 13 cases of TAA,20 cases of AAA and 6 cases of normal abdominal aortas,then detected the expression of NF-κB with immunohistochemical staining.And detected the expression of NF-κB in the 8 cases of TAA,10 cases of AAA and 6 cases of normal abdominal aortas among them by Westernblot method.Result：In both immunohistochemical test staining and Westernblot test,NF-κB are greater in the TAA and AAA than in the normal abdominal aortas.The difference was statistically significant （P0.05）,but which there was no difference was not between TAA and AAA （P0.05）.Conclusion：There are were connection between NF-κB and human TAA and AAA.
