摘 要:目的评价前瞻性与回顾性心电门控冠状动脉CT血管造影成像的图像质量及辐射剂量。方法选择心率≤65次/分,节律规则的冠状动脉受检者69例,随机分为实验组(34例)和对照组(35例),分别采用前瞻性和回顾性心电门控进行CT冠状动脉检查。记录两组的辐射剂量并进行统计学分析,同时采用双盲法对图像质量进行评价。结果实验组和对照组的平均辐射剂量分别为(2.00±0.23)mSv、(10.20±0.96)mSv,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组各段冠状动脉图像质量方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠状动脉CT血管造影成像的前瞻性心电门控技术可大幅降低冠状动脉成像时的辐射剂量,对于心率较低的受检者具有推广价值。Objective To compare the image quality and radiation dose of coronary CT angiography with prospective and retrospective ECG-gating. Methods Sixty-nine patients whoes heart rate were less than 65 beats/min and had rhythm rule were examined with 64-slice CT. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group (34 patients) examined with prospective ECG-gated and control group (35 patients) examined with retrospectively ECG-gated. The radiation dose was recorded and the image quality was analyzed statistically. Results The average radiation dose was (2.00±0.23)mSv in the experimental group and (10.20±0.96)mSv in control group (P0.001). There was no significant difference of image quality of coronary artery between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Coronary CT angiography with prospective ECG-gated can significantly reduce the radiation dose,and therefore can be recommended in patients with lower heart rates.
