摘  要:采用化学气相沉积方法制备了镍硅合金(Ni2Si)纳米线阵列,研究分析了纳米线阵列的形貌随反应气氛的变化。该材料用作锂电池负极材料,显示出了优良的循环性能,有潜在的应用价值。A simple chemical vapor deposition method has been developed to synthesize nickel silicide nanowire arrays with different diameters on Ni foils,which are characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).Furthermore,the discharge capacity of lithium-ion batteries by using the arrays as anode was studied.It is indicated that the nickel silicide nanowire arrays show good cycling performance,indicating that it can be applied as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries.Moreover,it is pointed out that smaller diameter Ni_2Si nanowires possess better discharge capacity.
