摘  要:以线性酚醛树脂为原料,利用悬浮法成球,研究制备工艺参数对酚醛树脂球粒径的影响。在分散剂PVA2488用量1%,搅拌速率550rpm,成球终温130℃,酚醛树脂浓度60%条件下得到粒径分布较窄,平均粒径4μm的酚醛树脂球;水蒸气做活化剂,900℃活化90min可得比表面积1545m2/g、孔容0.84cm3/g的酚醛树脂基球形活性炭(PFSAC);PFSAC对CO2饱和吸附容量可达2.49mmol/g,发现孔径小于1nm的孔容对CO2吸附量影响显著。Phenolic resin-based microbeads were prepared from phenolic resin by suspension.Effects of parameters on particle size of microbeads were investigated.Microbeads with narrow distribution of particle size and mean particle size of 4μm were prepared when amount of PVA2488 is 1%,stirring rate is 550rpm,temperature is 130℃ and concentration of PF is 60%.Phenolic resin-based spherical activated carbon(PFSAC) with S_(BET)=1545m^2/g and V_t=0.84cm^3/g was activated by using steam at 900℃ for 90 minutes.Results indicated that the saturated adsorptive capacity of CO_2 on PFSAC was up to 2.49mmol/g and the adsorptive capacity of pores with a size less than 1nm for CO_2 was obvious.
