摘 要:以煤焦油沥青为碳源,液相原位合成的MgCO3纳米颗粒为模板,一步法制备了中孔炭材料。利用氮气吸附-脱附实验,X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行表征,并且研究了其对甲苯和维生素B12(VB12)的吸附性能。结果表明:制备的中孔炭材料孔径集中分布在2-10nm,且比表面积、孔容和中孔率最大分别达到530m2.g-1、0.92cm3.g-1和99%,中孔炭(PBMC-1.5)对甲苯分子和VB12分子的饱和吸附量分别达到801和275mg.g-1。Mesoporous carbons(MCs) were prepared with one-step process using coal-tar pitch as carbon precursors and in-situ synthesized MgCO_3 nanoparticles as templates.The as-prepared samples were characterized by N_2 adsorption analysis,X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and their adsorption properties to toluene and vitamin B_(12)(VB_(12)) were also investigated.Results indicate that the pore diameter of as-prepared MCs was mainly distributed in the range of 2-10nm,and the maximum surface area,largest pore volme and highest mesoporous ratio were up to 530m^2·g^(-1),0.92cm^3·g^(-1) and 99%,respectively.The maximum adsorption capacities of mesoporous carbon(PBMC-1.5) to toluene and VB_(12) are 801 and 275mg·g^(-1),respectively.
