摘　　要：经济全球化的浪潮,不断地对认定倾销的规则提出挑战。在现行WTO/GATT反倾销法律制度中,各国在利益的驱使下往往都会提出利于自身的解释,这显然不利于全球化的经济交往。为此,本文试从倾销定义的历史沿革及构成做理论上的诠释,再在确定倾销的标准及程序上作实践方面的解析,最后对WTO框架下的反倾销制度作了评述。The tide of economic globalization Constantly bring forward the challenge of maintain dumping rules. Under the current WTO / GATT anti-dumping legal system, National often put forward benefit their own self-explanation in order to national interests, This is clearly not conducive to the globalization of economic exchanges. To this end, this article will be do theoretical explanation of Dumping ,Then,in determining the dumping of the standards and procedures t,make the practice of parsing. Finally, under the framework of WTO, the article have been reviewed the anti-dumping systems.
