前列腺液白细胞介素8与肿瘤坏死因子α检测在Ⅲ型前列腺炎诊断与分型中的意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨前列腺液中细胞因子白细胞介素8（IL-8）和肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）在Ⅲ型前列腺炎（慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性盆底疼痛综合征）诊断和分型中的意义. 方法 酶联免疫吸附法检测60例临床诊断的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者（其中ⅢA型组34例,ⅢB型组26例）和20名健康体检者（对照组）前列腺液（EPS）中IL-8和TNF-α浓度.分析各组EPS中IL-8和TNF-α浓度差异. 结果 ⅢA型组EPS中IL-8及TNF-α水平分别为（61±2432）ng/L、（259±165）ng/L,与ⅢB型组[（2257±1237）ng/L、（104±39）ng/L]和对照组[（1675±685）ng/L、（67±27）ng/L]比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;ⅢB型组EPS中IL-8及TNF-α水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论 检测EPS中IL-8及TNF-α水平可能有助于Ⅲ型前列腺炎的诊断和分型.Objective To investigate the significance of interleukin-8（IL-8）and（TNF-α）in expressed prostatic secretion（EPS）for diagnosis and classification of prostatitis Ⅲ [chronic nonbacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome（CPPS）]. Methods IL-8 and TNF-α levels in EPS were evaluated by ELISA in 60 men：controls（n=20）,CPPS ⅢA（n =34）,CPPS ⅢB（n =26）.And the difference was analyzed among CPPS Ⅲ A and CPPS Ⅲ B and controls. Results The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in EPS of patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis group Ⅲ A were significantly different compared with group ⅢB and control group（P 〈0.01）;IL-8 and TNF-α levels in group Ⅲ B was higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The detection of IL-8 and TNF-α levels in patients with prostatitis may contribute to diagnosis and classification of prostatitis Ⅲ.
