摘 要:在高频直缝焊管生产过程中,焊接温度是影响焊缝质量的首要因素.建立高频直缝焊管的三维焊接温度场动态有限元计算模型,利用软件ANSYS编制APDL程序,针对焊接动态过程进行模拟仿真.采用线热源模型进行计算,分析中考虑材料热物理性能随温度的变化,以及辐射、对流、相变对温度场的影响.采用雷泰MarathonTMFA/FR系列红外测温仪对焊缝进行温度采集,并将模拟结果与采集温度结果进行比较,二者基本吻合.Welding temperature is the most important factor which influences the quality of straight-line welded seam in tube processing with high-frequency electrical resistance welding(ERW).A dynamic finite element model of three-dimensional temperature field in tube with ERW was established.An APDL program was written with the finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS to simulate the dynamic welding process.A linear thermal source model was used to conduct the computation,where the variation of material thermo physical properties with temperature and the influence of radiation,convection,and phase transition on temperature field were taken into consideration.The infrared temperature measuring meter Raytek MarathonTM FA/FR was used to measure the temperature of the weld.The result of gathered temperature was compared with that of simulative computation and it was shown that both of them were basically consistent with each other.
