摘 要:针对起重量、动载冲击系数、移动小车位置等外部因素参数对已定结构参数起重机动态性能的影响,采用粗糙集理论对起重机的动态性能进行分析,通过属性约简,从诸多影响因素中提取关键因素,同时对各因素的重要度进行排序,得到一致、完备的预测规则.与传统方法相比,本方法无需前提假设,而且可有效地处理起重机动态性能与影响因素之间的强耦合与非线性关系.通过实际应用验证其可行性,为起重机动态设计、开展预测工作提供新的研究思路和手段.Aimed at the effect of external factors such as lifting capacity,dynamic load impact coefficient and mobile crab position on the dynamic performance of crane with fixed structure parameters,the rough set theory was employed to analyze the dynamic performance of the crane.After reduction of attribute,the key factors were extracted from all influencing factors and,meantime,the significances of these key factors were ranked.So that a prediction rule with conformity and completeness was obtained.Compared with other traditional forecasting methods,this method did not need any precondition and could effectively be used to deal with the strong coupling and nonlinear relation between dynamic performances and influencing factors.Its feasibility was verified with its actual application in engineering,providing a new investigation idea and tool for crane dynamic design and performance prediction.
