摘  要:以焦粉为粒子电极,研究三维电极法深度处理高氨氮焦化废水,取得相应的适宜工作参数.结果表明:焦粉在深度处理焦化废水中氨氮时起到良好的催化电极作用,在焦粉粒径为10-20目、极板间距为1 cm、面体比为135.2m2/m3、电流密度为4.44 mA/cm2、pH为5、通气量为6 L/min、电解时间为30 min时,氨氮去除率达到90%,出水氨氮值低于15 mg/L,达到钢铁工业废水排放标准(GB 1456—1992)的要求.Taking coke powder as particle electrode deep-treatment of high NH3-N coking wastewater was investigated with three-dimensional electrode technology to obtain proper technological parameters.The results showed that the coke powder played the role of catalytic electrode in the wastewater treatment When electrolysis time was 60 min,coke powder diameter was from 10 mesh to 20 mesh,electrode plate spacing was 1 cm,area-volume ratio was 135.2 m^2/m^3,current density was 4.44 mA/cm^2,pH was 5 and aeration quantity was 6 L/min,the NH3-N removal efficiency could reach to 90%.The effluent value of NH3-N was less than 15 mg/L,which could completely meet the requirement of discharge standard of water pollutants for iron and steel industry.
