摘  要:以工业V2O5晶体为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制得V2O5溶胶和凝胶,并以此胶体为活性组分,经过酸洗法精制硅藻土、优化催化剂配方和制备工艺,采用混碾法制得一种新型V2O5催化剂.分析硅藻土物化性能,用SEM表征硅藻土及催化剂的显微结构,测试催化剂的机械强度和氧化SO2时的催化活性.结果表明,经过酸洗法处理所制得的精制硅藻土其物化性质和结构能满足催化剂载体要求,催化剂中的活性组分V2O5颗粒尺寸大小约100 nm左右,而且均匀分布于载体上,催化剂的机械强度和活性分别达到61 N.cm-1和87.3%.Taking industrial V2O5 as raw materials and using mixed-milling method,a new type of V2O5 catalyst was successfully prepared by refining diatomite,optimizing formula,improving manufacturing technology and gelatinating V2O5 particles,prepared via sol-gel method.The physicochemical characteristics of diatomite was analyzed.The microstructure of diatomite and catalyst was characterized by using SEM.The mechanical strength and catalytic activity for SO2 oxidization were tested.The result showed that V2O5 particles retained nano-particles with grain size as about 100 nm and dispersed evenly in the catalyst.The physical and chemical property of the refined diatomite after acid treating was suitable for catalyst bearer.The mechanic strength and catalytic activity of catalyst attained to 61 N·cm^-1 and 87.3% respectively.
