复方红豆杉胶囊对S_(180)肉瘤血管生成的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:观察复方红豆杉胶囊对S180肉瘤血管生成的抑制作用。方法:建立S180荷瘤鼠模型,观察药物对S180肉瘤瘤重、抑制率及微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。结果:顺铂阳性药组、复方红豆杉胶囊低、中、高剂量组与模型组相比,均能降低瘤重,明显减少MVD表达,并显著降低肿瘤VEGF评分。结论:复方红豆杉胶囊能降低S180肉瘤MVD、VEGF表达,抑制S180肉瘤血管的生长。Objective： To observe the influence of Yew Capsule on S180-sarcoma in mice. Method： We establish the S180-sarcoma mice model, observed the effect of Yew Capsule on the weight of S180-sarcoma and the expression of MVD （microvascular density） and VEGF （vascular endothelial growth factor）. Results： Cisplatin and Yew Capsule （150, 300, 600 mg·kg^-1） can significantly reduce the weigh of sarcoma and the expression of MVD compared with the control group （P〈0.05）; the scores of VEGF in group Cisplatin and group Yew Capsule （300, 600 mg·kg^-1） were significantly low than in the model group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yew Capsule can reduce the expression of MVD and VEGF, and can inhibit the vascular growth of the S180 sarcoma.
