高效液相色谱法同时测定复方甲硝唑乳膏中两主药含量

摘　　要：目的:建立复方甲硝唑乳膏中甲硝唑和乳酸环丙沙星含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(pH3.5)(30︰70),检测波长为277nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果:两者分离完全,甲硝唑浓度在5.00～50.00mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为(99.00±0.67)%。乳酸环丙沙星浓度在2.00～20.00mg.L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为(98.29±1.44)%。结论:本法简便、快捷,结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量分析检验。Objective： To establish a simple and sensitive HPLC method for determination of Metronidazole and Ciprofloxacin Lactate in Compound Metronidazole Cream. Methods： A column of Symmetry C18 （4.6min× 250mm, 5μm ） was used, the methanol and phosphate buffer （pH 3.5） （30：70） was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min^-1, the wavelength of detection was 277 nm. Results： A good linearity was obtained over the range of 5.00-50.00 mg·L^-1 （r=0.9999） for Metronidazole and 2.00-20.00mg·L^-1 （r=0.9998） for Ciprofloxacin Lactate, respectively. The average recoveries of these two components were 99.00% ± 0.67% and 98.29% ± 1.44%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate for quantitative analysis.
