摘　　要：从2005年起,平煤十矿在充分理解国家政策及低碳经济理论的基础上,提出了"煤与非煤并重并举"的发展理念,展开了国有煤炭企业发展低碳经济的探讨与实践,大力发展新能源、低碳技术,打出了加快推动低碳减排、转变增长方式的政策组合拳。Since 2005,ten PingMei shares in fully understand the national policy and low carbon based on the economic theory,put forward the ＂coal and coal and the development concept of＂,the state-owned coal enterprise development of low carbon economy with practice,developing new energy technology,low carbon and played with low carbon emissions,promote the policy change growth punching.
