双柏炎痛喷雾剂和侧柏叶精制部位中槲皮苷成分比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨提高双柏喷雾剂中槲皮苷转移率的方法。方法:采用水提醇沉法制备双柏喷雾剂,采用大孔树脂法制备侧柏叶精制部位,通过测定槲皮苷含量进行比较。结果:通过大孔树脂精制技术得到的侧柏叶精制部位槲皮苷含量为0.49mg/mL,转移率为77%;双柏喷雾剂槲皮苷含量为0.44mg/mL,转移率为35%。结论:采用大孔树脂精制侧柏叶,可使药材利用率提高约1倍。Objective：To improve the extraction of the Cacumen Platycladi and increase the transfer rate of the Quereitrin by Refining technolog of the macroporus resin,based on the Shuang Boyantong Spray.Methods：make the Shuang boyantong Spray using the conventional water extract ethanol shen law method and make the refined position of the Cacumen Platycladi by the refining technology of the macroporus resin,with the content of the Quereitrin as a maker.Results：The content of the Quereitrin in the refined position is 0.49mg/mL,and the transfer rate is 77%,but the The content of the Quereitrin in the Shuang boyantong Spray is 0.44mg/mL,and the transfer rate is 35%.Conclusion：By using the refining technology of the macroporus,the Utilization of the traditional Chinese medicine is twice the original method.
