糠酸莫米松乳膏的皮肤刺激性和过敏性评价

摘　　要：目的:对糠酸莫米松乳膏进行皮肤刺激性试验和过敏试验,以为其提供临床前安全性评价依据。方法:采用家兔皮肤刺激性试验,分为完整皮肤组和破损皮肤组,连续给药7天后观察;采用豚鼠皮肤主动过敏性试验(ACA),于0、7和14天右侧去毛皮肤致敏,第28天左侧去毛皮肤激发,观察糠酸莫米松乳膏是否会引起豚鼠皮肤或全身过敏反应。结果:①家兔皮肤刺激性试验:完整皮肤组和破损皮肤组均未出现红斑、水肿等现象;②豚鼠皮肤主动过敏性试验:未引起皮肤过敏反应或全身过敏反应。结论:糠酸莫米松乳膏未引起家兔皮肤刺激性反应和豚鼠皮肤过敏性反应,可安全应用于临床。Objective：To evaluate the irritation and allergy of Mometasone furoate cream on animals＇skin,and to provide the information of pre-clinical safety evaluation for application.Methods：Skin irritation test with rabbits,divided into groups and damaged skin intact skin group were observed after 7 days;with active allergic guinea pig skin test（ACA） ,at 0,7 and 14 days on the right to Mao skin sensitization,the first 28 days left to stimulate skin and hair were observed Mometasone furoate cream if the skin or systemic allergic reactions in guinea pigs.Results：Intact skin rabbit skin irritation test group and the groups did not appear deamged skin phenomena such as erythema and edema;guinea pig skin test does not take the irritative to cause allergic skin allergy or systemic allergic reactions.Conclusion：Mometasone furoate cream has no irrritation on rabbits＇skin and no allergy on guinea pigs＇skin.
