下肢矫形器对脊髓灰质炎后遗症的康复治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢矫形器对脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者下肢畸形及功能障碍的康复治疗作用。方法对118例脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者,检查评估患肢畸形及功能障碍程度,设计制作适宜的矫形器,观察评价配戴矫形器后的疗效。结果 118例患者通过配戴下肢矫形器,肢体畸形得到不同程度的矫正或减轻,患肢关节的稳定性和负重能力增强,行走功能得到明显改善。结论配戴下肢矫形器对脊髓灰质炎后遗症下肢畸形及功能障碍患者可起到预防矫正畸形、稳定关节、代偿肢体功能的作用,是一种有效的功能康复手段,早期合理应用有重要的临床意义。Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of the lower extremity orthosis on the sequelae of poliomyelitis.Method The curative effect of the 118 with sequelae of poliomyelitis who had been weared the specially designed and manufactured orthosis was observed and evaluated.Results In the 118 cases weared orthosis,their deformation had been corrected or relieved,joints had been stabilized,and the bearing and walking functions of extremities had been greatly improved.Conclusion The orthosis has a curative rehabilitation efficacy,and also in the compensation of extremities.
