海军某部飞行人员飞行暂不合格疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析207例海军飞行人员飞行暂不合格的疾病谱,为降低海军飞行人员非战斗减员,提供有效依据。方法对207例海军飞行人员暂不合格者按病种、年龄段、机种、时间和职务分布进行分类分析。结果内科疾病致飞行暂不合格居各科之首,骨折外伤明显增多,中青年(40岁以下)飞行员飞行暂不合格率较高(占76.3%),特别是飞行时间在1001～2000h的飞行人员暂不合格率最高。结论有必要对某些飞行暂不合格疾病的高发率进行分析,建立海军飞行人员暂不合格疾病谱的数据库,从而为决策部门提供有效数据。Objective Analysing the related-disease spectrum of 207 flying temporary unqualified Navy pilots so as to provide an effective basis for reducing non-combat naval flight officer attrition.Methods The 207 cases of temporary failure sorted by the Navy flight crew were classfied and analysed according to different distribution basis,eg：etiology,age,models,time and functions distribution.Results Internal diseases causing occasional failed flying was the first in all subjects,bone fracture trauma increased significantly,middle-aged（40 years） pilot flying had a high occasional failure rate（accounting for 76.3%）,especially pilots and flight crew whose flight time in 1001-2000 hours.Conclusion It is necessary to analyse high incidence of the certain diseases,and to build a naval flight officer temporarily failed disease spectrum database,thus to provide effective data for decision-making departments.
