摘　　要：针对离岸深水港建设的迫切需要,项目按照四个不同的研究方向开展深入研究,旨在系统研究离岸深水港建设的关键技术,为我国港口工程向离岸、大型、深水建设方向发展奠定基础,进一步提高港口的综合品质,实现资源节约、环境友好,促使我国筑港技术处于世界领先或先进水平。For the urgent demand about the construction of offshore deepwater harbor, this subject conducts deep research from four different directions. This research takes aim at the key techniques of constructing offshore deepwater harbor. The results lay the foundation of the development of our country＇s harbor to offshore, large size and deepwater. To improve the quality of harbours, to save the resources and to realize environment friendly further. This research urges our country to possess the technology of constructing harbor taking the lead or on the advanced level of the world.
