摘 要:总结了近年来国内有机热载体炉事故案例,得出结焦是造成爆管的最直接原因。并分析了导热油劣化的原因,找出了现有结焦检测方法和寿命评估方法的不足,由此提出了基于管壁结焦机理的有机热载体炉炉管在线寿命评估系统的研究和开发,并详细阐述了导热油热稳定性热重差热分析评定、炉管壁温红外成像测量技术和管壁结焦流动传热数学模型构建等在线寿命评估系统的关键技术。Summarized the recent incidents of domestic organic heat transfer material heater,obtained that coking is the most direct cause of the blast tube,also analyzed the reasons for conducting oil deterioration;identified the existing deficiencies of coking detection method and tube remaining life evaluation method.From this,proposed the study and the development on remaining heater tube life online evaluation system of organic heat transfer material heater based on tube coking,elaborated the key technologies of heater tube remaining life online evaluation system such as the thermo-gravimetric differential thermal analysis and evaluation of the thermal stability of conducting oil,the infrared imaging temperature measurement of heater tube wall and the mathematical model construction of flow and heat transfer of heater tube wall coking.
