以结构化提问为导向的戒毒患者认知行为团体心理治疗策略初探

摘　　要：目的:探索以结构化问题为导向的认知行为疗法(CBT)与动机晤谈(MI)对阿片类药物依赖者进行预防复吸团体心理治疗策略的效果。方法:对74名自愿参加治疗的患者进行8周,每周半天(2h左右)的团体心理治疗,方案为基于CBT和MI疗法的结构化问题讨论、补充性知识灌输、技能练习、心理活动或游戏、分享与小结。在完成治疗后填写自编的预防复吸团体心理治疗评价表,对预防复吸的关键知识与技能知晓情况和本批团体活动的总印象进行评价。结果:在完成8周团体心理治疗的53名患者中,98.1%的患者认为每次咨询准备得充分,每一次团体活动的目标都很明确,本批团体治疗很有意义,对戒毒很有帮助。结论:该团体心理治疗策略是一种患者乐意接受、能够帮助患者掌握预防复吸必备知识和应对技能的心理治疗模式。Objective：To explore the effect of group psychotherapy oriented by structured problems and based on cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interview on the patients with opioid dependence. Methods：Altogether,74 patients were enrolled for group psychotherapy which was conducted half a day （2 hours） per week for 8 weeks. The therapy contained discussion oriented by structured problems,complementary knowledge teaching,skills training,psychological games,sharing and summary. Upon completion of the intervention,patients were asked to fill out an evaluation form to assess their command of the key skills and knowledge on relapse prevention and their overall impression about the group therapy. Results：Of the 53 patients who finished the 8 week group therapy,98.1 percent considered that all the counselors had fully prepared for all the consultation,the target of each consultation was very clear,this group therapy was instructive and was very helpful for relapse prevention. Conclusion：Group psychotherapy strategy is accepted willingly by the patients. It can help them to master necessary knowledge and coping skills on relapse prevention.
