摘　　要：早产儿脑室周围白质软化是早产儿具有特征性的脑损伤形式之一,其易造成小儿神经系统后遗症,严重地影响小儿以后的运动发育和生活质量.该文从病理特征、发生率、发病机制、影像学诊断及防治等方面综述国内外的最新进展,为今后对早产儿脑室周围白质软化的干预和治疗提供依据.Periventricular leukomalacia（PVL） is the most distinctive and characteristic brain injury in premature infants, which may result in nervous system sequelae, affect motor development and quality of life of the infants. This article reviewed research achievements in domestic and abroad in recent years from many aspects such as pathological characteristics, incidence, pathogenesis, imaging diagnosis, prevention and treatment and so on in order to provide scientific basis for intervention and treatment of premature infant with PVL.
