摘　　要：对异位妊娠的诊断包括实验室诊断和影像学诊断等.近年来,采用血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素结合妊娠相关血浆蛋白A及阴道超声在诊断早期异位妊娠方面取得了显著的进步,为患者应用药物保守治疗提供了更多的机会.该方法 在尚未形成孕囊的宫内妊娠和流产与早期异位妊娠诊断的鉴别方面,具有广泛临床应用价值.The diagnostic methods of ectopic pregnancy include laboratory diagnosis, imaging diagnosis and so on. Combined detection of 13-hCG and pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A（PAPP-A） combined with transvaginal uhrasonography has made considerable progress in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in recent years. This combined method is of extensive application values in differential diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy and its abortion from early ectopic pregnancy when an intrauterine gravid sac has not been formed.
