摘 要:小管径天然气管道实施管壁开孔局部封堵,存在动火操作复杂、置换作业时间长、费用高和安全隐患大的问题。为此,基于将管道中流体冷冻以承受压力,从而起到隔离作用的原理,提出了小管径天然气管道局部冷冻封堵技术,并进行了局部冷冻封堵机理试验、固水乳化剂的研制及性能测试、局部冷冻封堵室内试验和含凝析油管道动火试验等。结果表明,局部冷冻封堵技术承压能力可以提高至2.5 MPa,适用于小管径天然气管道的封堵,能够有效隔离管内的油气,不需要长时间置换扫线,封堵介质解冻后易清除,提高了施工后恢复输气的安全性,操作方便快捷,对管道安全动火具有重要意义。Natural gas pipeline partial sealing through drilling a hole on the wall of small-diameter pipelines could result in complicated flame welding operations,long inertia gas displacement period,high cost and potential safety hazards.The fluid in the pipeline can be frozen to bear the pressure so as to realize the separation effect.Based on this theory,this paper first recommended that the freeze plugging technique be applied in part on the small-diameter gas pipelines.A test on the partial freeze plugging mechanism was then performed.An emulsifier was developed and its performances were tested.Besides,a laboratory test on the partial freeze plugging technique and a flame welding test on the condensate bearing pipeline were also conducted.The test results show that the pressure bearing capacity of the partial freeze plugging technique can be increased to 2.5 MPa.Therefore,it is suitable for small-diameter gas pipelines and can effectively separate oil from gas without long inertia gas displacement period and pipeline purging time.Meanwhile,it becomes easy to clear out the plugging media thereof after the media thaws.With this easy and time-saving method,gas transmission security can be enhanced hereafter,and the safe flame welding operation of pipelines can be easier than before.
