摘　　要：目的研究混合性结缔组织病(mixed connective tissue diesase,MCTD)的临床表现。方法回顾性总结35例MCTD的临床表现。结果 MCTD主要表现为雷诺现象32例(91%),关节炎29例(82%),手指肿胀25例(71%),发热19例(46%)。结论 MCTD有独特的临床表现、实验室检查及存在亚临床肾损害。ObjectiveTo study the clinical manifestations of mixed connective tissue disease（MCTD）.MethodsClinical manifestations of 35 cases with MCTD were retrospectively reviewed.ResultsMCTD mainly manifested as Raynaud phenomenon in 32 cases（91%）,as arthritis in 29 cases（82%）,finger swelling in 25 cases（71%）,and fever in 19 cases（46%）.ConclusionMCTD has a unique clinical manifestation,laboratory examination and subclinical renal damage.
