摘 要:运用X射线对东方百合"索邦"离体不定芽进行急性辐照,并对辐照后的百合不定芽继代材料的生长及过氧化物(POD)同工酶酶谱进行分析。结果表明:1.76 Gy剂量处理东方百合芽高增量较对照显著增大,不定芽增殖无显著性变化,其它剂量处理相关生长指标与对照无显著性差异。POD同工酶酶谱分析发现,1.76 Gy剂量处理与对照相似系数较小,POD同工酶与对照的差异最大。The adventitious buds of oriental lily were treated with X-ray acute radiation,and then the growth and zymogram of POD isozyme of adventitious buds were analyzed.The results showed that the plant height of 1.76 Gy dose treatment had increased compared with the control,and the rates of germination of adventitious buds haven't been significant changed and other dose-related growth index had no significant difference with the control.Using cluster analysis on the isozyme,found there was an obviously difference between the 1.76 Gy and the control.
