摘　　要：指明产业竞争力是诸多因素共同作用的结果,其中关键影响因素是对产业竞争力起决定性作用的因素;对河北信息服务业产业竞争力关键影响因素进行系统分析,认为信息服务业产业竞争力的提升,不仅有赖于信息基础设施的基础保障,更有赖于信息化建设所激发的信息消费需求,还要有与信息服务业发展要求相适应的政策法规等软环境以及有效的行业监管体制等;最后对促进河北信息服务业竞争力的提升提出相应的对策建议。Industry competitiveness is effected by a number of factors, the key influence factors play a decisive role. Systematicly analysesing on the key influence factors for information service industry competitiveness of Hebei, analyses that information service industry competitiveness promotion not only depends on basic guarantee of information infrastructure and information technology inspired by the information consumer demand, but also need soft environment to comply with the development demand of information service industry, such as policies and regulations and effective mechanism for industry regulation, etc. At last puts forward corresponding coun- termeasures for promoting information service industry competitiveness of Hebei.
