摘  要:根据直线无刷直流电动机的特点,在分析传统的无刷直流电动机控制方法优缺点的基础上提出了一种简化的有位置传感器控制方法,并从推力波动和效率的角度对这种方式的可行性进行分析。从理论上推导了这种简化的控制方式造成电机推力的波动和效率下降的公式,进行了定量分析并通过仿真进行验证。结果表明,这种控制方式可以将其引起的电机推力波动控制在1%的范围内,能大大简化电路,抗干扰能力强,可靠性高。A simplified sensor control method was proposed according to the specialty of the linear brushless DC motors after the analysis of the traditional control methods of brushless DC motors, and the feasibility of this method was analyzed in terms of ripple and efficiency. Calculation formulae of the force ripple and efficiency caused by the simplified method were deduced in theory for quantitative analysis, and a simulation was designed for the analysis. The results demonstrate that the simplified control method can control the force ripple to less than 1% and can simplify the circuitry, and that it have high counteract interference ability and reliability.
