摘  要:针对矿用电机车(工矿车)工作特点,设计一种应用于工矿车的永磁同步交流牵引系统控制器,具体阐述了控制器的设计要求、软硬件组成及其设计方案。系统采用高性能DSP处理作为系统核心,根据技术要求设计功能模块及相关软件,构建了实验平台。实验证明该系统设计合理,具有良好的响应速度与控制精度,可以满足矿用机车的运行要求。Considering the working characteristics of battery mine locomotives, an AC traction control system based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was presented. The software and hardware architecture of the control system was detailedly described and a high-power DSP was used as the core of the system. On requirements of the control system, the function units and their software were both designed to implement the laboratorial platform. The results show that the design of control system is reasonable, and for battery mine locomotives, it has nice response and control precision.
