摘 要:分析了12/8极磁悬浮开关磁阻电动机的悬浮力产生机理,建立了电机非线性磁链Maxwell 2D模型。通过有限元计算,研究了转子角变化对铁心磁饱和程度的影响,给出了悬浮力和磁饱和特性的定量关系。计算结果表明,与近似线性磁链模型下悬浮力与副绕组电流呈线性递增关系相比,实际电机的悬浮力与副绕组电流呈严重非线性关系并存在减小区间。该研究对电机优化设计和控制具有一定的理论价值。The suspension force generation mechanism of the 12/8 pole bearingless switched reluctance motors was an- alyzed and the non-linear magnetic model based on Maxwell 2D was established. Through the finite element calculation,the influence of the rotor angle change on the magnetic saturation was investigated and the quantitative analysis of the relation- ship between suspension force and magnetic saturation was given. The results show that the suspension force increases with vice-winding current under chain model in comparison, and that if taking into account the magnetic saturation, the suspen- sion force does not always increase with the increasing winding currents, and decreases with it. This study has a certain his- torical value to optimal design and the motor control.
