摘 要:建立了径向柱塞泵定子的动力学模型,通过Lyapunov变换对定子振动时变系统稳态响应的周期性进行了理论分析,并设计振动测试装置对JB32H型径向柱塞泵定子振动稳态响应的周期性进行试验验证。分析及试验结果表明:定子振动系统具有周期性,其周期为径向柱塞泵相邻柱塞夹角与转速之比;若激励周期与振动系统周期之比为有理数,则定子的稳态响应表现出周期性,并且周期为振动系统周期和激励周期的最小公倍数;若激励周期与振动系统周期之比为无理数,则定子的稳态响应表现出非周期性。The dynamic model of radial piston pump was established and analysis on steady response periodicity of time-variable stator vibration system by Lyapunov transform was made.Measurement mechanism was designed to test and verify the steady response periodicity of stator vibration for JB32H-type radial piston pump.It is concluded from analysis and test results that the stator vibration system is periodic,which is equal to the ratio of the angle between two adjacent pistons to rotor speed.When the ratio of excitation period to stator vibration system period is a rational number,the stator steady response showed periodic,and the period is equal to the least common multiple of stator vibration system period to excitation period;when the ratio of excitation period to stator vibration system period is an irrational number,the stator steady response showed non-periodic.
