摘  要:为寻求判断苗木是否带毒的简便方法,利用PAS—ELISA检测方法,将ACLSV和ASGV的抗血清混合,并同时加入同一检测孔中,定性检测苹果组培苗ACLSV和ASGV的带毒情况。发现该方法在检测这两种病毒的混合毒源时,比采用单一抗血清检测灵敏度高,且费用较低。Rabbit antisera against apple chlorotic leafspot virus(CLSV) and apple stem grooving virus(ASGV) were mixed up.And the mixture was employed to detect the in vitro shoot samples by protein A sandwich enzyme linked immunobent assay(PAS ELISA) Comparative assays were performed by PAS ELISA with each of the antisera The results indicated that the antiserum mixture was more sensitive in detecting the viruses in the samples infected by both CLSV and ASGV
