摘 要:利用腐蚀实验和失重测试方法研究了BIB天然气减阻剂对天然气管道内壁的影响,同时考察了天然气减阻剂原料、中间体和溶剂对管道内壁的影响。通过电化学实验,得到了管壁样品在含有不同比例的天然气减阻剂介质中的动电位极化曲线,通过计算机拟合极化曲线,得到了含有不同比例的天然气减阻剂介质的自腐蚀电位、自腐蚀电流密度和极化阻力,总结了天然气减阻剂对管道内壁的电化学影响。通过燃烧测试实验,研究了天然气减阻剂对天然气气质的影响;通过搅拌实验,初步研究了天然气减阻剂对下游处理工艺中的脱硫脱碳溶液系统和脱水系统的影响。研究表明:BIB天然气减阻剂对天然气管道的运行安全基本没有不良影响。The influence of natural gas BIB DRA on internal wall of gas pipeline was investigated by corrosion testing and weight-loss method,and at the same time the influence of DRA's raw materials,intermediates and solvent on the internal wall was also investigated.Potentiodynamic polarization curves of pipe wall specimen in different BIB DRA proportions were obtained by electrochemical testing.Simultaneously,the self-corrosion potential,self-corrosion current density and polarization resistance in different BIB DRA proportions were gained through computer curve fitting.And finally,the electrochemical regularity for natural gas DRA on internal wall of pipeline was summarized.By combustion experiment,the influence of natural gas DRA s on gas quality was researched And by stirring experiment,the influence of natural gas DRA on the desulfuration/decarbonization solution and dehydration systems at downstream treatment process was also studied preliminarily,Research showed that BIB natural gas DRA had no bad effects on pipeline operation.
