摘 要:目的了解高职高专大学生网络成瘾的流行病学特征,为进一步确定其影响机制、制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法随机抽取武汉市内2所高职、高专大学生1 768名,进行匿名问卷调查。结果在1 768名大学生中,网络的使用率为88.40%,网络成瘾检出率为14.84%。学习成绩差、对专业满意度低的学生网络成瘾检出率较高。在家庭因素中,高经济收入的家庭、父母教育程度高的学生网络成瘾检出率高。成瘾组大学生在父、母亲惩罚严厉、过分干涉、拒绝否认、过度保护等教育方式因子得分均高于未成瘾组学生,父亲惩罚严厉、过度保护和母亲拒绝否认是网络成瘾的危险因素。成瘾组大学生在客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度得分均低于未成瘾组学生,回归分析显示主观支持是网络成瘾的保护因素。结论高职高专大学生网络成瘾检出率较高。个人学习生活状况、心理健康水平、家庭环境、父母教养方式、社会支持等影响大学生网络成瘾的发生。Objective To probe the epidemiological characters of Internet Addiction Disorder ( IAD ) among higher technical and vocational college students and to provide scientific reference for prevention and control on lAD of college students. Methods One thousand seven hundred and sixty eight students were obtained from two higher technical and vocational colleges by using convenient sampling. Software SPSS 13.0 was used for descriptive analysis, single-factor analysis and unconditional Logistic multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results There were 88.40% students used the Internet among 1 768 college students investigated, the rate of Internet use was 88.40%, and 14.84% of Internet users were diagnosed lAD. The students had higher prevalence of lAD, who were not satisfied with major, with a bad achievement, as well as the students from high eco- nomic income, good educational background of parents. College students with lAD had higher scores in parental rearing pattern than non-lAD students, on such factors as punishment, overact intervention, denial, and over protection. The Logistic regression analysis showed that father punishment, and over protection were risk factors of IAD, so was mother's denial to children. College students with lAD have higher scores on objective support, subjective support and utilization of social support than non-lAD students. The Logistic regression analysis showed that having a lot of subjective supports was a protective factor of IAD. Conclusion The higher technical and vocational college students use the Internet universally, the prevalence of lAD is higher than that in former researches. Students learning and living condition, mental health level, family environment, parental rearing patterns, social supports are main influence factors of Intemet addiction disorder.
