电弧喷涂稀土铝合金涂层在储油罐中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了稀土铝合金及其涂层的性能。超音速电弧喷涂稀土铝合金涂层的质量好,其孔隙率是火焰涂层的1/3～1/2倍。工业应用证明,使用超音速电弧喷涂的稀土铝合金涂层具有优良的耐湿硫化氢和Cl^-腐蚀性能,其经济效益显著,不仅可以在石油化工行业的储油罐中应用,也可以在其他储罐上推广应用。The performances of rare earth A1 alloy and its coatings are introduced. The supersonic are - spray rare earth Al alloy coating is good in quality and its porosity is only 1/3 - 1/2 of that of flame coating. The commercial application has demonstrated that the supersonic are - spray rare earth A1 coating is highly resistant to wet H2S and C1 -, and economic benefit is significant. It can be applied not only in the storage tanks in petroleum refining and petrochemical industries but also in other tanks.
