摘  要:分别在羟基化硅片表面制备了多烷基环戊烷单组分润滑膜(MACs)、(3-胺丙基)三乙氧基硅烷自组装膜(APS-SAMs)和多烷基环戊烷/(3-胺丙基)三乙氧基硅烷双层润滑膜(MACs-APS),对比研究了不同润滑防护涂层的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:在载荷0.1N、频率1Hz下,与APS-SAMs和MACs单组分膜相比,MACs-APS双层膜在保持较低摩擦系数的基础上,其耐磨性能显著提高,在失效前未发生明显磨损.在所制备的这种双层润滑薄膜体系中,流动性较好的MACs分子镶嵌在固定相APS-SAMs的网络中,因而产生较好的复合摩擦学性能.Multiply- alkylated cyclopentanes film, (3 -Aminopropyl)triethoxylsilane sell"- assembled monolayers and a double - layer lubricant film consisting of a multiply - alkylated cyclopentane mobile lubricant on (3 - Aminopropyl ) triethoxylsilane self - assembled monolayers ( SAMs ) were prepared. Contact angle, thickness, surface topography and friction properties of these films were investigated. The results indicated that the multiply - alkylated cyclopentane/( 3 - Aminopropyl) triethoxylsilane double -layer film exhibited low friction coefficient and extended durability ability compared with multiply -alkylated cyclopentane film and (3 -Aminopropyl)triethoxylsilane SAMs at a normal load of 0. 1 N and a sliding frequency of 1 Hz. And there was on obvious wear scar on the surface before the failure of the double - layer film. It is highly suggested that the mobile hydrocarbon MACs in the double - layer lubricant film was trapped and maintained among the APS - SAMs network and yield the best combination of tribological properties.
