摘　　要：目的:观察总结烧伤再生医学包扎疗法治疗压迫性溃疡的临床疗效与护理经验。方法:对我科收治的37例压迫性溃疡患者采用烧伤再生医学(MEBT/MEBO)包扎疗法治疗创面,并加强心理指导与翻身护理,观察记录创面愈合情况。结果:创面采用MEBO治疗7天～10天,创面坏死组织很快被MEBO液化清除,创面变得清洁,感染情况较快得到控制,肉芽和周围皮肤生长较快,12周愈合率达到67.57%。结论:烧伤再生医学包扎疗法对压迫性溃疡创面有较好的抗感染能力和促进肉芽组织与皮肤组织再生的能力,治疗与护理方法简单、使用方便、疗效确切。Objective： To summarize the efficacy and nursing experience of treating pressure ulcers with MEBO Ointment. Method： 37 patients with pressure ulcers hospitalized in our department were treated with MEBT/MEBO in bandage therapy. Meanwhile, strengthening psychological guidance and turning over care were made, and wound healing process were observed and recorded. Result： After 7 - lOd of treatment, necrosis tissue at the wounds was disappeared quickly, wounds became clean, infection was controlled, granulation tissue and surrounding skin grew quickly, wound healing rate was 67.57% at the time point of 12w. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO in bandage therapy has better resistant to infection and promoting wound healing capabilities in treating pressure ulcers. It is a simple, easy to use and effective method of treating and nursing.
