社区护理干预对重度烧伤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析社区护理干预对重度烧伤患者生存质量的影响。方法:采用社区护理干预和烧伤专用健康量表(Burn Specific Health Scale,简称BSHS),对2004年7月～2007年7月收治的102例烧伤患者在伤后1年～2年内进行问卷调查。根据社区护理干预次数将患者分为高、中、低干预组,应用SPSS11.0统计软件分析不同干预各组患者生存质量的影响。结果:高、中干预组患者,生存质量总分各为(51.3±5.7)、(46.8±5.2)分,均高于低干预组(43.6±5.0)分,P<0.01。结论:加强对烧伤患者的社区护理干预,可以提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To analyze the influence of communal nursing intervention on quality of post - healing life of severe burn patients. Methods： 102 patients with severe hum admitted to our hospital from Jul. 2004 to Jul. 2007 were enrolled in. The effect was assessed via questionnaire on quality of post - healing life in 1 - 2 year＇s follow - up visit. Ac- cording to times of community nursing intervention, the patients were divided into high, medium and low intervention group. The influence of life quality of patients in different intervention group was analyzed and compared with SPSS11.0. Results： The total scores of life quality in high and medium intervention were 51.3 ± 5.7 and 46. 8 ±5.2 respectively, which were all higher than that in low intervention group （43.6 ± 5.0, P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： Strengthening community nursing intervention can improve the quality of post - healing life of severe hum patients.
